Reset firewall to install defaults.

I'm pretty sure I screwed up my install - I can't SSH into a CentOS 4.4 Server box remotely, open up a TCP:80...

Is there any way to reset the firewall - I still thankfully have physical access.

MemCached

I'm using MemCached with CentOS Server 4.4 with excellent results. However, I am not too sure how I can configure CentOS to automatically load MemCached after a server reboot. Any help would be most appriciated.
