NSLOOKUP Producing weird results...is this right?

Hi Guyz, When I use the NSLOOKUP I am getting the following results and they seem to be OK: [em10g] nslookup em10g.concisetech.local Server: 10.255.200.21 Address: 10.255.200.21#53 Name: em10g.concisetech.local Address: 10.255.200.79 [@sis-tor-em10g] nslookup em10g Server: 10.255.200.21 Address: 10....

Configuration assistant "Web Cache Configuration Assistant"

Just as a background and from reading some Metalink documents, I already have the gnome-libs package installed. When I am running the GUI Installer to install Grid Control on my Enterprise Linux by Oracle, it fails at the Web Cache Configuration Assistant. This is the message it gives me: Configurat...

Shell Scripting Tools

Does anyone know if there are any Shell Scripting tools (GUI Based) where we can test our scripts in different shells and see the outputs or stuff like that?

Re: Allocating Space, from already used space???

Yes I am running that. When on the desktop and I run that tool, I still do not have any options on re-sizing. I can not do anything for that matter.

If you don't mind, could you please elaborate a little further as to what you are trying to explain.

Re: Allocating Space, from already used space???

Thanks for your reply. I understand your concern, but to some degree. The only thing I need to do really is just add a little more space to an existing partition as I am doing some regression testing for Oracle. Other than that I do plan on leaving all the space there where it is :)

Re: RPM Packages for Oracle 10g Enterprise Manager Install

Yes I did that and I found some and installed them and others I did not find. I also went back into my 6 cd's I have for the installations and I can not locate them. For example, I need the pdksh package and gnome-libs library...where do I get them if I can not get them from the CD's?
