As a temporary solution, you may want to try installing a newer kernel such as kernel-lt or kernel-ml for RHEL/CentOS 7 from ELRepo.

You can always get to the kernel config file by looking into the /boot directory. For example the current config is:

/boot/config-3.10.0-1160.92.1.el7.x86_64

If you are a forum fan, both distributions have their own forum: AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux.

The wiki page was updated to indicate ci.centos.org had been deprecated.

Rebuild projects such as Rocky Linux and AlmaLinux should work just like CentOS Linux. They are supposed to be binary compatible with RHEL, feature-for-feature and bug-for-bug.

Building a kernel RPM is not that hard. First go to section 2 of I Need the Kernel Source and then follow the instructions in I Need to Build a Custom Kernel.

Looks like you are trying to install a Fedora kernel on CentOS 7. That is not going to work.
