add following to your /etc/hosts.deny file :-

sendmail: ALL EXCEPT

Where username is the one which you wish to allow to send email using sendmail.

take a look at free monitoring scripts provided by ntop.org. We have ntop on our local server for monitoring network traffic and traffic of individual users.

If you have different configuration on your server which is not supported by ntop then please clarify what type of setup you have.

Make sure that you have following 2 things in your httpd.conf :-

Listen 80
Listen 443


NameVirtualHost xx.xx.xx.xx:80

# xx.xx.xx.xx = server ip address.

Also make sure that the port 80 is open in firewall if you have any firewall actively running on the server.

I would recommend qmail for advance users but exim should be easy to configure. Qmail is very very stable when it comes to performance but when you have a problem with it then you need a highly technical person to troubleshoot.

Probablly your php.ini is in different location. You should find the actual path of working php.ini using following command :-

php -i | grep php.ini
