Re: CentOS 4.8 iso signature missing

Have a look at the /CentOS/4.7/isos/i386/

It is the *.asc files that I am talking about. These files contain the gpg signatures.

Without these files I cannot verify if the CentOS team or some hacker has made the .iso files.

CentOS 4.8 iso signature missing

I cannot find the signed sha1 and md5 files, sha1sum.txt.asc and md5sum.asc for CentOS 4.8 on the mirror sites.

Does anyone know where to find them or can someone from the centos team put them on the mirrors?

CentOS 4.6 isos sha1,md5 files are not signed

The signature files md5sum.asc and sha1sum.txt.asc is missing on all mirrors for CentOS 4.6 i386 and x86_64

Could the mirrors be updated or the files be posted on the forums?

Any alternative would be appreciated.
