centos documentation

All, newbee question. Just to get this outta the way. I can use the redhat documentation to learn how to do things in Centos correct? I can pick up a RH book and assume it will walk me through configuring say wireless devices etc.. just like in RH?

I think that the suspend and sleep function is still not fully developed in linux. I have never been able to put a laptop to sleep in linux.
