I'm not sure if you follow what RH is doing or not, but they have 3 sets of server types (mentioned above) AS, ES, WS. If you're looking for a full CMS system with Forums, Xoops2 seems pretty good. Although I've only been playing with the forums part on the CentOS website. I can deal with 10 hours. 1/2 hour was just way too low, if I walked away from my computer for 1/2 hour, then I had to relogin.
