I see a corresponding CentOS 7 update for TigerVNC for RHSA-2023:0675 (tigervnc-1.8.0-24.el7_9), but not the update to xorg-x11-server that Red Hat released at the same time (xorg-x11-server-1.20.4-22.el7_9, the latest version I can find for CentOS 7 is -21).
