If you cannot log in then you'll have to boot from alternative media (the install DVD in rescue mode?) and read your logs on the installed system.
I have read the logs 'var/log/secure' and 'var/log/messages' in single user mode and nothing unusual. Is this the same?

Actually I have tried to runlevel 1, but most of orders such as uninstalling CUDA end with 'Segmentation fault'.

Stuck in loop when logging in

Hi everyone! I just installed the CUDA 10.1 on a server yesterday and rebooted it. Now I'm stuck in the login screen. More specificly, after inputing the username, the screen remains wating for username rather than asking for the password, whichever user I type in including root. I'm not using GUI b...
