I don't have the ftp package installed and I can't connect to a proper network.

I have instead the tftp package installed, but when I connect to tftp it doesn't seem to find any files inside and the commands aren't working.

Update: I managed to get it working, but when I try to use vsftpd 127.0.0.1 I get 500 OOPS: cannot read config file: 127.0.0.1
