Re: [RESOLVED] = CentOS ISO too big for DvD media

I am trying to use a Verbatim DVD+R DL disc (8.5GB) but my software (tried ashampoo, and built in Win10 burner) saying "The type of DVD+R DL is not compatible with the current project."

Re: SELinux - what's the difference between permissive and default?

I am so happy I can't stand it. I finally succeeded in figuring out why httpd wouldn't work with vhosts (/home/user) with selinux enabled. I was doing everything right with regard to selinux - but, I was trying to point my access and error logs to /home/user/logs. When I switched it to /var/log/http...

Re: SELinux - what's the difference between permissive and default?

Disabled means not active at all Permissive means it's there and does everything that it's designed to do except block the access. It logs all denials. Enforcing, same as permissive but blocks access that is not allowed. I knew that much, but thanks for the reminder. You shouldn't use httpd_unified...

The reason I ask is I thought I would set up up an web server using virtual hosts (home/userdir) with selinux di...

TrevorH, I see what you mean. Thanks for pointing that out. I am away from home, but I will check later today.

phpmyadmin error 413 entity too large

Please delete this if it is an unacceptable post. I am posting this so others can fix the issue of entity too large (and so I can find the answer next time I need it).

Solution for me was raising the value of SecRequestBodyLimit in /etc/httpd/conf.d/mod_security.conf
